SMALL BUSINESS FUNDAMENTALS INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP

The Shiva Jewelers Small Business Fundamentals Internship Program is a 3-week educational internship designed for high school students interested in entrepreneurship, business operations, and leadership development. Through hands-on observation and guided learning, interns will gain exposure to the day-to-day operations of a small business and develop a foundational understanding of how businesses are managed and grown.

While hosted within a jewelry business, the program is focused on small business management principles as opposed to jewelry-specific training alone.

This internship requires a commitment of approximately 20 hours per week over the 3-week program period. Interns will observe business operations, participate in discussions, ask questions, and learn about areas such as customer service, inventory management, marketing, operations, and decision-making. Participants are expected to maintain professionalism, punctuality, and engagement throughout the program.

COMPENSATION: This is a PAID internship at 14/hr.

NOTE: You MUST be legally authorized to work in the U.S. to apply for this position.
